July 4th Flag Duty
We are in need of a few scouts and adults to help
put up the flags at Grace Methodist Church on Saturday, July 4th. Setup
approximately 6:30am. Take down approximately 7:00pm. Please email or call Mr.
H if you plan to attend. Thanks!
June 29 - No Meeting
July 6 - Scout Meeting. We need to know if you are going on the
float trip so that we can make reservations at the campground. If you
can't get to the meeting please let Mr. Reeves know (334-7947)
July 13 - Regular meeting
July 17-19 float trip with an overnight stay on the
river. Jacks Fork River is being discussed at this time.
August 3 - Regular meeting
August 7-9 Sam A Baker camping trip with visit to the drive in theater.
August 17 - Regular Meeting
August 24 - Patrol Leaders Council

Calendar. Click on the event and you can see details for the event. Also,
when the event expands there is another link to see even more details regarding
the activity. Be sure and take advantage of the new print feature.

Some scouts in Troop 2 have expressed interested in attending the National
Jamboree July 26th - August 4, 2010. Visit the website to begin the
registration process. Approximate cost is expected to be around $2000.00.
Contact Mr. Reeves for more information.
Need to know what to bring on a campout? Here is a
list
to use as a guide.
Scouting is a year-round program and youth members are welcome to join the fun
at any time.
Youth may join even if they were never in Cub Scouts. Do you
know anyone that would enjoy camping, hiking, and other adventure activities
with our troop?
